2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong item (it does not match your order)
- The item has a tear, stain or stitching defect
- The size or color differs from what you ordered
- The item arrived damaged
All returned items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Requests made after the return window has closed
- Change-of-mind returns, or slight color variations from product photos (colors may appear different depending on screen and lighting)
- Innerwear and sale/clearance items (where applicable)
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us through our Facebook page, TikTok or by phone within 3 days of delivery.
- Send details: your order number, full name, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Wait for confirmation from our team before sending anything back.
- Ship the item in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Receive your resolution once we have inspected the item: a refund or an exchange.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued via bKash/Nagad or the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), you will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
- For returns made for personal reasons, delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size or color are available at the same price, subject to stock.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
